Default Tip of the Day!

Do spend 4 hours washing your bike, applying one coat of Harley Glaze and 3 coats of S100 Carnauba wax.
Do go for a leisurely ride on an early Fall brisk afternoon.
Do go to BP for fuel up cause they've got the smoothest operating nozzles around.

DO NOT slowly pull up the fuel nozzle to view how fast the gas is going in and pull the nozzle all the way out while still pumping gas. This will spray gas all over your fresh wax job and hot engine.

DUH! Oh well, all is good, no expolsion. The S100 is good ****. Quick wipe down at home and no harm no foul. Guess everyone gets to feel a little stupid every now and then.

No! I use Pledge and am done in 15 - 20 minutes. I found that it acts like a releasing agent for anything that spills on it.

For whatever reason I stopped smoking at the filling station years ago. I can remember my Dad smoking as he filled up the old chevy. Had I been smoking I'm sure I would have made the local news.

Yeah, when I first got my bike, a few days later when I was filling up I pulled the nozzle out a little bit to get a little more gas in. It sprayed on that metal piece on the inside and sprayed up all over me.

Not gonna lie, I had a smoke shortly after.
