Has anyone tried or have one of these? If so is it good, bad, ect..

I have several friends running the Hypercharger but have never seen the twin velocity. I don't like the way it looks. I haven't heard anything bad about the Hypercharger.

The manufacture states it will increase performance by 35%(drag specialties catalog)

I don't know about the Twin Velocity, but I have used the Hypercharger and I liked it a lot. Some people have different tastes, I say just go with what you like.

That's 35% increase in air flow not performance, it looks a Victory's air filter. If it works as advertised it may be a nice alternative.

Sorry, not a big fan of the looks, I imagine it would have quite a bit more flow than the stock setup though.

cant say I like the looks of it. I have been toying with the idea of the hypercharger though. Not sure what modifications if any need to be made though to use it.
