The new owner will be on site for a meet and greet this Saturday. It's a good chance to tell him how absolutely f*cked up and inept his service department is. I plan on dropping by.

I shopped for a Harley there once - Never again!
I did buy one in Carrollton however.
That place is a loss if you ask me.

 

Carrolton and Corinth are same owners. Great dealerships.

Dallas Allen and Garland are same owner. They were pretty messed up and caused me to write a letter to HD last year. Since then it has gotten MUCH better (garland location anyway). I shop there again and the owner is a stand up guy.

 

Care to share some stories with us OP? I've never gone in for service there.

 

HD of Dallas is the closest dealership to my house! Should I look at Carrollton instead? I'm thinking of getting out of my Dyna and into a touring model --RK or RG.

 

I'd go to both and see who treats you best and gives the best deal. I never thought I'd buy a bike from Garland (sister store to hd of dallas) adfter I walked out on them last year or so ago but they won me back and have really changed.
