It seems we are still a mystery to most of the world, That may be not a bad thing.

HD will be around a lot longer than Fortune magazine and the author of the article.

Most people I end up riding with are considerably younger than I am. Yesterday was a perfect example. Four of us. Ages 24, 25, and 32. I've got 20 on the last one. All on Harleys. This is pretty much always the case for me. Whether it's just my self and one other, or several. I see a lot of younger guys on Harleys. CNN as usual, is pretty much full of ****.

Wow. I guess that 11% of women are nearly all in my HOG chapter?? The salesWOMAN I bought my Dyna from owns a RoadKing. My chapter's vice president... a woman. The chapter president's "significant other" rides her own Deluxe on all the rides. The last ride I went on was captained by a woman on her highly customized Heritage Special, which took an award at the ride event. I don't know how many more, but there are quite a few female riders in the chapter, and my wife is starting to think a FatBoy other than me might be in her future.

Old geezer with disposable income and just a hint of that Arthur Itis thing. Yes my hands tingle a bit and I'm. A little stiff after a couple of hours in the saddle. I tell everyone my age that getting on a bike is the best thing to keep you feeling young. If I fit yhr magazines profile, so what. That smug sob writer can't take the new non removable smile from my face.

The article was no doubt written from the perspective of stock holders of HD shares who have lost money on their investments....Doubtful ANY of them own/ever ridden a Harley....!
