All you people in Florida who have gotten ripped off by FSD Exhausts need to go to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and file a complaint. The FBI also has a site where you can report this type of business fraud if you ordered on the internet. The attorney generals office in Tallahassee also has a link on their site for internet and charge card fraud.

Default FSD Exhausts Striving For 100% Satisfaction

First they kept saying the ceramic coating was giving them problems and had to be redone numerous times. (I thought it couldn't be "redone" as it is baked on at high temp) Then, when I finally got them in JUNE, they did not fit the bike. As in I couldn't get them mounted. I sent pics (one is my profile pic here) and called. They said they did not know my 2005 Super Glide was a Dyna!! They said they had a similar set almost done, could be finished and shipped in a week. That was three weeks ago!! Avoid this company like the plague!! Their customer service is the worst and now they won't even return my calls or answer the phone. If anyone is thinking of buying from this company, my advice would be DON'T! You'd be better off going to Home Depot and buying sink traps and hose clamps and making your own.

Why respond to a 2yr old thread with, "We will be contacting you,,"?
You actually expect this guy to do anything now?

The best response would have been, "We have addressed this issue with this Gentleman and are happy to say,,,,"
It's good that you have joined, social media is a huge part of the market in the 21st century.
Hopefully you can be a bit more timely in the forthcoming years and re-build the reputation.
Good Luck.

I don't think FSD added to their credibility posting four years after the original post. I, for one, won't do business with them.
