ALL OF THEM!!! It's really hard to log miles without it being on the tires!

I'm almost due for a rear tire, probably make it to about 12,000, the front has 21,000 and still looks real good.

It's all about how you ride. You ride easy your tires are going to last longer. Run it hard they wear faster.

That statement is kind of correct, however getting 25k plus mileage out of a front tire is UNREAL.

I have 10200 on the back, needs replaced. Front has the same, signs of cupping. I am replacing both with Metzler ME880 Marathons. Will see how the perform.

LOL - that looks like the rear tire I have on the Dyna right now (with about 9000 miles on it). It tends to wear in the center for some reason. Maybe it is because I can't pull away from a stop sign or light without making a little smoke. The rear on the Ultra lasts a bit longer (about 11000miles) and the front on the Ultra was just changed at 14,500 - not because it was worn, but because it was dried out and not gripping the road too well.

Tire wear is also relative to your geographic location. The higher asphalt temperatures in the southern states softens the rubber compound. It may make the tire stick better, but it plays he11 on tire mileage. The same is also true when it comes to the composition of the asphalt mixtures used in different parts of the country. A coarse grade asphalt just chews the rubber up.
