07 Road King
Got up early to change the oil and give Her a bath before a Sunday ride!
Found a cracked "Y" pipe.
Changed the oil and cleaned Her up because she could'nt help it she's just a Machine.
Removed the bad part told Her I would get Her a new part tomorrow cuz it's Sunday and then I cleaned a little more behind the things I removed.
16,000 Miles and a cracked pipe a small pitance compared to what she has given me!

18,000 on my '07 EGC with 2 problems. At around 3k miles a bad wire under fairing grounded out & blew fuses for lights, and at 15k miles the starter switch went **** up. Both fixed under warranty.
Other than that just routine maintenance.

I had an '07 Sportster that my son now has, with a bit over 20K and no issues other than rocker box gaskets that were replaced under warranty. My '09 Heritage is still pretty new pushing 8K miles, not so much as a burp. I don't consider 20K "high mileage," it's just higher than most bikes you hear about.

I guess it depends on what you consider major issues. Things that are major to some are nothing more than an annoyance to others.
'07 Street Glide with 34,500 miles. Primary chain tensioner was too tight so I replaced it with the upgraded one. All 4 fairing brackets have broke and the throttle roll of switch went bad which starting screwing up my cruise control.
To me, they aren't major issues, but that's me.

25,600 on an '08 Road King. Nothing but regular maintenance, most of which I've done. Have only added slip-ons, lots of chrome, a tour pak and XIED's. The thing runs great. Had an '04 Yamaha Road Star. That was an OK bike, but I wouldn't give up the King to get another Star.

Traded in my '07 last month, had 34,500 on it. The switch that sets the cruise control quit, and was replaced with an improved one (new part number). The radio just up and died. Total failures were less than $400 inc labor, and neither left me stranded.
