I have one of their novelty and wear it.

 

Still wear both my novelty (when I stay in state) and my DoT (when I cross into Washington) ACC helmets.

 

Yes - if I wear one at all and I'm not going where DOT is not required. Got it for $40 on Ebay after the recall.

 

As far as I'm concerned mine was DOT approved when I bought it, and still is. I never got any communication stating it was not or about any recall.

 

Same here. Still wear it everytime I ride.
