I hate winter ... snow, ice, mud, sleet, temperatures from 5 to minus 10-20 degrees.
Let the weather be hot, I have no problems with it. This summer in Bulgaria had temperatures of 37-39 degrees, humidity not exceed 50% ... it's good.
Spring and autumn are beautiful, but in the continental climate is quite rainy.

Default The climate in Japan.....

Japanese climate has bad rainy season too, named TSUYU around Jun.
If Japanese summer does not have the high humidity I would not hate this climate.
So I love Hawaiian summer.
I hope someone remove the rainy season and the humidity.
If so, I will be soooooooo happy. Ha ha

You live on the island, this is normal.
In May, in Greece met with a group of Harley riders from Northern Norway ... It is a terrible climate for motorcycling.

The best riding season here Japan are the spring and the fall.
I like to ride mine in winter too, but riding in the summer always makes me stress.
It is over 35 degrees recently and humid so much.
Especially the humidity is incredibly hot very much!!
It's crazy. Ha ha
What do you think about it?
Here in Arizona we can (and I do) ride all year around. It does get kinda toasty here in the summer though....heheheh

Nori,

I live in Ohio here in the USA. We have Winter, Spring, Summer & Fall too. And just like you do in Japan. Spring & Fall are also the best times to ride.

Our summer here was WAY TOO HOT as well. I not only didn't ride my bike through a stretch there in July & August, but I pretty much didn't do anything except sit inside with the air conditioner on. Temperatures in the 90s (30s Celsius), but here it also gets very humid. I remember one day just standing outside talking to my neighbor and we're both sweating like crazy.

Fall is the best time to ride. The air is cool & crisp and all the leaves are different colors. It's quite beautiful. In the Winter time we pretty much spend 3 month frozen in ice so there isn't much chance to ride a motorcycle then.

Nori...if you ever find yourself riding up here in the aomori prefecture then drop me a PM; I will find some people that would be more than happy riding out with you. Maybe we could head up to Cape Shiriya and see the wild horses. I'm here for quite a few more years so something to remember if you are ever up in this direction.
