Painting Rock chips.
Got touch-up paint from Harley today and I was wondering what is the best way to fix the chip which is about the size of a dime, the paint came in 2 bottles one says base coat, so do I put that one on first and let it dry before I apply the second bottle? The paint is red candy sunglo.
