Default Wrong Gas

I just bought a new 2011 Softail Deluxe and after buying 87 Fuel for 15 years for my vehicle, I accidently put it in my motorcycle...I have stressed since making the mistake last night...Will this cause problems with my bike or will it hurt it? I wouldn't think one mistake like this would hurt it that bad but could see if one does this often.

Just a small impact on performance. Burn through a half tank and top it off with preminum and you should be good to go.

If that's the biggest mistake you make, you'll do alright!

If you do get some pinging, put some octane boost in it.

So do you think I should go ahead and purchase some octane booster or wait to see if it starts pinging?

No. Just ride it until you need gas agan. It will be ok. your own paranoia will nag at you but your bike will be fine.

Don't waste your money on the booster. No problems.
