Well, I always thought the button on the end was a little pretentious myself. If, however, it was really attatched to a handlebar or rear mounted machine gun, I might be interested.

I have them on my '07 SG and love them. When I got my '10 RG I had to get different ones since the X2s will not fit TBW bikes. I got these..........

and don't care for them near as well. The throttle grip is causing some callouses. Must be the position I oriented the rubber ribs or slomething. I just know that I never had the problem with the X2s.

I`d be careful about installing a smaller diameter grip - most guys here will tell you to install larger diameter grips ot your hand will tend to go to sleep. OK for short trips and look good but you`ll be sorry for the long rides.

I had a pair of these,they looked ok but i ride a bike without any form of screen and i found them uncomfatable at anything over 60 mph.Ichanged them for Harleys what they call stitched hand grips,much better.
