Do a Google search for new models. They are made by BF Specialties , and are top of the line, but can come with many options, which can add to their value.

It's used, and like anything else, depreciate rapidly from new price. Picture attached of a 1991 model. I paid 1250 in 2002, and was recently offered $1000. New ones like ours approach $6000.

I'm confused. You said $1000 but the one in the add is asking $2500. Hard to tell from the picture but that one appears to older (8" wheels). The my friend has is at least as nice as that one. Thanks for the reply

I just sold a similar camper,a 2002 Aspen Classic for $3000.
Ask $2500....you shouldn't have any trouble getting that.

The one in that ad is just like ours. The bed is king sized, not queen sized. It measures six foot wide and seven foot long (the trailer is 3 1/2 by 6, and opens to the side, to 7 x 6, which is KING SIZE). We threw away the foam mattresses and bought a queen size air mattress (which we inflate thanks to the cigarette lighter socket on our Ultra) and have six inches all around the mattress to put our clothes, flash light, beer, ........etc.

Here's BF 's link. http://www.bf-specialties.com/ Make sure you add in the options.

Find out what your friend had, add it up, offer 50 cents on the dollar.
