Default detachable saddlebags

I have a 2001 fat Boy and i am looking at detachable saddlebags from Harly
i noticed they have two docking post on either side, how strong and durable are these
has anyone had success and is happy with the detachable set up

I had some quick detach saddle bags on an old FXDL that I used to own. They were very sturdy and reliable. You will be happy with your purchase if that is what you decide to do. What is nice is when you go on a trip and you are not sure what kind of area of town you are staying at then you can take them off and put them in your hotel room.

Love my detachable saddlebags. They go on and off all the time with ease and are extremely sturdy and reliable.
