Could you rotate the pulley mark,drill and tap new holes? You could even go up one size bolt.

What's with these backing out pulley bolts? Isn't the factory supposed to use locktight on those things?

Maybe these pulley problems are a symptom of a disgruntled worker.

Yeah personally I've never takin mine off until yesterday. Who knows tho over the past 3 times I've had the tire changed.

That sucks! But, at least you get a new wheel sooner! It seems like one thing after another for you Nate. I am calling black Bike right now and I will let you know what the deal is in a few.

Yeah its a ****ed up system. Least its a good reason to buy a new wheel.

Whoever changed your tires took the pulley off to do it. Somebody is not using loctite when reassembling. I'd be careful where the wheel is taken in the future.

The pulley does not have to be taken off to change the tires in most cases. I ahve had shop tell me they need to remove my pulley and then watched them do it without removing it. However if the pulley is removed Harley states taht you need new pulley bolts each time so this does not happen.
