I run a led rear...nice and bright and pretty too

 

Another BAL fan here. I have the BAL-3R on my RK and it's far brighter than any other tail light I've seen, including the HD and other aftermarket setups. It's programmable so you can do all the pulsing stuff (except most of that is illegal in many if not most states). The BAL on its brightest setting might even be a little too bright.

 

I have also got the Bal taillite one of the best things I have bought for my bike and I have bought plenty.
