you can thank your good old Uncle Sam for that. You know the EPA does not care about all those diesel trucks spewing black soot into the air.....its those pesky v-twins causing all the enviromental problems.

no fuel economy. no 100,000 miles between rebuilds. hp was what 40? ah the good old days.
