Default MUST READ IMPD Cover Up----Biker dead by drunk cop

http://www.wthr.com/Global/category.asp?C=194465

Another sad case of a drunk Indianapolis Cop literally running over a biker who was legally pulled over for right of way of an emergency vehicle who was on a a non-emergency run.

Cop was legally drunk ( the officers @ the accident scene said he showed no signs of being drunk. Two words come to mind. Murine and Vodka)

Blood drawn was .19 twice the legal limit in Indiana

1 Biker dead 2 others still in the hospital

Blood draw of the cop was found inadmissible in court because of Indiana Statute. (Must be done by Certified person)

Like the police don't know where to get blood drawn to be admissible in court.
The motorcycling community here is outraged. Had a big rally Friday nite on the Circle in Indianapolis.

Three high ranking IMPD officers have been demoted. And all 3 were at the scene of the fatality.

Officer Daivd Bisard gets to keep his license and court date will be in a few months.
All Alcohol Felony Counts have been dropped by Prosecutor because he knows the blood draw won't stand up in court.
Bisard will still face reckless homicide charges. This means alot less jail time if convicted.

Can you say "Cover Up" ????????

Can you say "banned"? Similar thread went away the other day. Admin frowns on resurrecting dead threads.

Censorship is bad when it is used to silence the truth.

Gee, I've only been riding about 30+ years and I figured it was a good story. The story here in Indianapolis gets a little bigger each day. Maybe in your part of the world things are a little whiter. I don't spend my life on a computer and didn't see the story in the thread search. So, I posted it.

The blue gang wins again. He's right this post like many others disappear. LEO'S never want to amit to shiite so it gets covered up kinda like that BAC. the Best advice I could offer as advice before this goes under, remember names of the fallen and the killer. Time has a way of dealing with things like this.

How can this be a old thread if the new article that is cited on this thread is dated Aug 21, 2010.

After reading the cited article like or not the the command structure of this city screwed up and assisted a drunk fellow officer driving a police cruiser from going to jail.

And again if you like it or that is grossly wrong.

Stro I have read many of your post in the past which are very good, But I beleive you are off base in your posture on this. Some of your police brothers really did these bikers wrong. What is unbeleivable these guys were not rookies.

I just wonder how much will this cost the City in wrongful death suits. Drunk officer driving city owned cruiser, Command staff that totally botched the investigation in the quest to cover up.

I hope to read the follow up when the DOJ and hopefully FBI perform their investigations.

You probably wont find any threads because they've been removed, you get people like this HillBilly guy that make disguised threats and turn the thread hostile.

For what it's worth I agreed that that this investigation was corrupted. But people like you bunch all cops together and use the thread as an opportunity to bash cops. That's why the threads get pulled.

The only position I've taken at all was to say that they should prosecute the guy if he was drunk. I never stuck up for him. I did say that a lot of people are quick to jump on the police conspiracy bandwagon without knowing what really happened.

In this case, I was just just saying that this thread will probably go away soon. I have no idea what happened in the other one to make it disappear, but I can imagine.
