Default Chrome Cables turning Brown
I put chrome spark plug cables on my 89 Softail about 4 months ago, why would they be turning "brownish" under the film coating??

Sounds like there's moisture under the coating.

is this all cables or just the clutch cable....my clutch cable turned brown and i was told that they all do b/c of the oil in the cable and there's not much you can do about it...since I was moving back to and old school black bike, I just put a stock one back on

Do they have clear plastic covers?Probly low quality.

got chromeite plug wires on mine and after 4 years they look new
