The current "Sedona Orange" craze
#63
To me, it looked like they just renamed the "Bronze Pearl" color from 2000. My buddy at the dealership even said the same thing to me yeterday when my daughter & I stopped by to look at a window decal for my new truck. Here's a semi-poorly lit picture of the rear half/fender of my '00 Sporty.

I had to get rid of my '05 EGC due to a pay cut at work. Now after much consolidation and cutting back and a generous offer (price-wise) from a friend of mine, I've been given the opportunity to buy an '09 EGC dirt-cheap. Will THAT make me a RUB?!?!?! I sure hope not. :0/
RUB or not, I'm going to enjoy consuming the miles.
Oh, and the Sedona Orange color IS awesome! FYI

I see the new craze is having a Sedona Orange Harley.
Guys are rushing in and trading their bike in to get one.
Just wanted to point out the obvious:
You CAN paint your bike Sedona Orange, guys. And it's a hell of a lot cheaper than trading for one.
Same for paying $1,800 for a 103" setup. You can port the heads on a 96" and get a tune for half of that and have ALOT more power.

I will buy a new bike when i cant find parts for the old one. I will most likely be dead by then. The Sedona Orange looks alright but I don't like the way it looks in the sun. The flakes in the paint are not for me. Im riding an 03 model with pewter Denim that i painted myself.
