Default Holy Caution Tape, Batman!

So I'm turning into the parking lot at work this morning and go to take my customary right turn...and find caution tape about to wrap itself around my neck!

No warning of any kind...not a sign, not a traffic cone, nothing... with the sun rising in my eyes...

Hit the breaks, obviously putting me into a slide as I break hard in a turn, but did not drop her...phew!

The bozo's in charge are sealing the asphalt and were surprised by my anger once I parked the bike.

So it's not just oblivious car drivers we need to be concerned with...it's just idiots in general.

Thanks for letting me rant

Me---> <---bozo

You were lucky that you didn't dump the bike.

No warning? Wouldn't the caution tape be a warning? ha ha ha....sorry.

Glad you kept the scoot up.

You'd think they would be intelligent about it and put up a tape 10 yards ahead that says "Caution!! Caution Tape Ahead".....

A big *** orange traffric cone or 2 would have been smart, much easier to see than tape alone.

Glad you stayed upright.

They could have atleast shot out an email to all the employees or posted a flyer on the door(s) yesterday with the warning of the parking lot issue.

Now that's what I call a clothes-line block - glad you were able to stop in time. Definitely a "quick response" type situation & not too brilliant on the worker's part who tapes off the area.

IDK, isn't this a case of... LOOK where you're going?? I mean, if I'm making a turn, I'm looking into the turn to prevent myself from running into *****. If the sun is in my eyes then I slooooow down... to prevent myself from running into *****.

Glad ya' didn't lay it down, though.
