HUGE mistake involving wife...

Hell, My Wife has her own Bike and I still wouldn't let another Female ride on the back of my bike without her approval. I like my life too much to screw it up

If it were me, I'd tell her this. "Treat all disasters as incidents, and no incidents as disasters." Then I'd tell her to stop being so petty. If you're going to cheat, you're going to cheat. You don't need a bike to do that.
My ex girlfriend gave me a hard time one night because I left the house with the detachable sissy bar on. Notice I said ex girlfriend. I don't tolerate pettiness.

Exactly. This whole "unwritten rule" and "the back seat is sacred" BS madness is insane. I have realized that I must have found my soulmate because she is literally the only female I can tolerate for more than 15 minutes (married 10 years next month). I too can't stand petty drama, and 99% of females are full of petty drama. even more so if they are getting heated about the sacredness of a stupid bike seat and who is sitting on it. Now taking the coworker to Sturgis is another thing entirely, but a little ride around the block with someone who happens to have a vagina (note that some real trainwrecks also have vaginas) is no biggie IMO.

how quickly things change
I've got a female co-woker who's always been into bikes in a big way. My girl was fine with me taking her for a ride one day until the co-worker started sending text messages about hanging out/going for another ride. I tried to explain that the girl wasn't in to me, has a young daughter, and i think even has a boyfriend. The response: "You're an idiot"..... probably didnt help that the other girl was blonde with a nice rack and likes to party with bikers

She then said don't #%&@ with her half

I have been married 35 years and have no interest in having another woman on my bike, haveing said that I thought "no big deal" when I first read that. Last night, we pulled into a local biker bar as part of a weekly Thursday night event. We watched a lady cuss and swear another biker down something terrible because he had a woman on the back who was not his wife. We are talking language that would make a coal miner blush and this lady was not even a wife but only a friend of the wife. So, I learned something. Catching a woman, other than the wife, on the back of a bike seems to be second only to catching her in bed. I don't say I understand it, or agree with it, it just seems like it is something boys should stay away from unless you want to create some drama.
