I am looking for a recommendation for a replacement of stock handlebars for my 2010 1200 Sportster custom. I think I want some like mini ape hangers. Ultimately, I would like a little height, as well as a little more back angle. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Buy the way, is it difficult to replace my handlebars? Does anyone know a tutorial of the process? I don't want to have to replace any cables, but don't know what is maximum height I can go with.

 

I had mini-apes, aka Dyna Wide Glide bars, on my '93 Sportster and loved them!

Thank you for your input, that's basically what I was looking for. Your bike is awesome. And in regards to your comment about Jap bike verses Harley, I agree, due to the fact I done what you described, as I had a Suzuki prior to this Harley. Recently, I told people, I can't explain it, but there is something VERY different about riding this bike. I know that sounds funny, but I just love it. Thank you.
