New Pro-Pipe vs. Big Shot Staggereds
I did a search and couldn't find anything so I'm asking: Is the New V&H Pro-pipe (with the big mega-phone at the end) quieter than Big Shot Staggereds? If so, how much? I have the Big Shots and they're too loud even with the quiet baffles and Smartpartz inserts. They sound great but I'm gettin' old and even though they're the best looking pipes on a Heritage IMO I need quieter pipes (with performance). And, yes, I do wear earplugs. Must be from all the rock n' roll.
I appreciate anyone who can shed some light. No need to comment if you think the Big Shots aren't too loud. I get it.
Supertrapp comparisons are welcome as well.
Thanks
ps. I've listened on youtube and it's hard to tell from video with my little computer speakers.

I was listening to a bike at the dealer that was traded in with VH Pro pipe. It had the "quiet" baffle and was fairly quiet until you rolled into the throttle. Even then it was considerably quieter than my fat cat with the wrapped baffle.

I cant comment on the newest Pro Pipe but the previous model the Pro Pipe HS (BP) that is being replaced is quieter than the BSS at idle to mid range , it has a more mellow sound IMO. From mid to WOT its as loud as the BSS.
I have BSS with quiet baffels on my bike and Im going to change to aPro Pipe as soon as it gets here. I found one used on E bay yesterday and want to give it a try to quiet my bike a little and improve the low - mid tq
