Since they have removable baffles, why not either re-chrome them or get them powdercoated.

If you're going to do this (and I am as I've just started blacking out my UC) I'd highly recommend ceramic coating them. In addition to looking good, it will hold the heat in the pipes and increase your performance and loer your "under the hood" temps.
