I've been to Gengras HD in E. Hartford, CT and thought that was a great place. I didn't purchase anything there though.

What are you looking for?
I live upstate but was going to buy a 06 RK standard at NYC Haley. Their price on that bike was better then anyone could do around here. They were nice on the phone (I actually had one of my friends call for me). Lighthouse Harley gave him the run around and was a typical salesman pitch trying to get a commitment over the phone.
I ended up buying a SERK locally at MSRP.

I bought my bike from Mike's Famous HD in Delaware. They were cool and I got a nice deal. Although, I get all my service and work done at Hannum's in Media, PA. These guys are great. The service and parts people are the best around. As far and the sales people, I can't really speak to them on a deal basis but from talking to them when I'm in the shop they seem fair and are very helpful.

There's a dealership in Somersette Pa. Highland Harley-Davidson. Buy a bike from them, and all or any labor you may need is free.

Try O'toole's harley in Wurtsboro, NY always have been a MSRP dealer - got my bike from there. I went to NewRoc Harley in New Rochelle and they looked to be a MSRP dealer too. They were going to give me a fair trade in on my bike, and are not too far from the island.

O'tooles HD in Wurtsboro gets my vote also. I bought my first new Sportster there over 24 years ago and the owner, John O'toole has greeted me by name ever since. The parts department is very helpful and I've only used the service department on occasion, but had no problems there either.
You might also give Moroney's HD in Newburgh, NY a call. My current FXD was bought there 2 years ago and the couple of times I've had the bike in for service, I've been treated very well.

Bridgeport Harley in Ct is an awsome place to buy a bike, just take the ferry from long island and you would be there in no time. MSRP or below and they treat you like a king. Gengras in East Hartford is very good too, and I believe they are now MSRP.
