Default 03 Harley VRSCA VROD stalls when opening throttle

My VROD was running with no issues. I shut it off and then restarted it about 20 minutes later and it was hard to start and idled roughly. When I tried to open the throttle it stalled. This is continuing and I cannot figure out what the issue is. The injectors are spraying and the plugs are clean. I replaced the Throttle Position Sensor with no effect. There are no codes on the computer. It seems like something is not telling the injectors to increase fuel when the throttle is opened. Any ideas?

fuel flange. Look in the tank and cycle the ignition and see if there is any visible spray or misting in the tank. There is a TSB on this and many have it repaired at no cost

Thanks for replying. I don't see any visible spray or misting. I wish I could get the lock ring off to get a better look though. I read something about someone crafting a tool from a coffee can. That will be my next project.

Thanks for all the responses. I used the coffee can modification to open the tank ring seal and found that there was a hole in my fuel pump line. Got a new one and it runs great. I have no idea how the line got a hole though. It did seem like the rubber was soft on the line.
