The custom chopper business is barely holding on by it's fingernails. Those stretched out bikes are old news (replaced by the big wheel, extended bag baggers) Those shops that are still in business are mostly doing service work on all makes.

High-end (S&S, Baker, Brembo, Etc.) parts in a custom frame = big bucks. I wouldn't think that's an enviable business to be in in these tough times. I hope they have enough volume to keep the doors open.

I love how they charge a $1000+ for the black package but polished billet is free, lol
The prices are on par with other "custom" makers which also turns me away.....the cheapest 1 is about the only 1 I like anyway but I could build my own for what they want.....

Oh, I see. It's another "custom" or semi-custom, small production motorcycle. Ask about the Saxon company 20 years for now.

Oh yea they have figured out what Harley is doing wrong. In just 6 years?

Compared to Harley they don't even have their feet wet.

I'll stick with my FLSTC.

Sorry...I don't think he knows WTF he is talking about....
I have a riding buddy who has an American Iron Horse...
He bought it because it's better than a Harley....
good thing I carry tools with me!
If I had a dollar for every time we had to pull over and put something back onto his bike..

Saxon builds parts bikes...

Everyone is entitled to there own opinion.... even A**holes...
Hey I resemble that remark!

yep that.....

Just toggled on their website and they have zero dealers within 100 miles of where I live and that would include Vegas. If I could afford to have 4 or 5 toy bikes the Reaper might be fun but then again, would have more fun building my own version of it from a Sportster.

So his thought that a small "custom" production bike is a step-up is full of BS. These bikes look like others (Big Dog?)........see my chopper or Mad Max bike someone built for me?
