Yes, i still keep in touch with her, we do write back and forth a few times a year. She hasn't rode a bike since she gave hers to the dealer to sell for her. Maybe she would want to come up to the high country in AZ and ride her old bike. She said she might rent a bike for old times sake. I sent her this link.
This is a crazy situation. How did you get the bike licensed and titled?

There is a lot going on in this lady's life including her husband dying last year, so i think she is going to forget about it cut her losses and get on with her life.

Can't someone get the media involved in this? These days with the economy being what it is and so many people getting screwed over, it seems like this would be a great spot on local news.
Also, find out what the rules are for public demonstration. Maybe some people can take turns camping out across from his new business with a sign about what a thief he is. As long as you get necessary permit(s) and know what you can & can't do, what can he say?

I would guess you are very lucky she gave you the title. I doubt that I would have. I believe the law would have been on her side on this. If she wanted the bike back as she still hold's the title. Hope she get's a good feeling that she helped you ot on this, as I believe she deserves all that she can.
