I wear Cruiserworks boots. Very comfy and you can walk or ride in them all day. Also 100% waterproof and you can ride in the rain all day in them.

Go shopping for boots. Bought mine at academy. Less then a hundred dollars and they are comfortable. I removed the metal tags. My advice is wear no metal on your boots. Seen someone slip swinging a leg over and got metal tag into paint. Made a nasty scratch. Don't have any but Chinese might be cheap and comfortable while pissing off the fashion police.

Look at Red Wing motorcycle boots. Love mine. Like most motorcycle boots, you won't want to wear them on a 25 mile hike through the woods. But, they are plenty comfortable to be worn all day.

I bought a pair of lightly worn Icons from a member on here. Light, comfy and can wear them all day whether working or riding. Short boot just over the ankle and does have a support buckle down the outsi but you don't see it with boot cut jeans on. I'll get another pair whenever it's time.

Here's a link to the pair I have.
