C&C seats.....do they break in???
I just got this seat from Chuck last week. I love the fit and finish and it looks bad azz. But it really isn't all that comfortable. Do you C&C owners find that they get better over time? I didn't get the gel option but might send it back later for that.

I’ve had my CC touring seat for 3+ years. Even rode it 3000 miles to Sturgis and back last year. I have felt no change in the seat comfort. No doubt, it’s a firm seat!

It's a firm seat, but I have a gel pad in my Squareback, and have ridden it to Sturgis.....a round trip of about 4,000 miles. I have not noticed any change in the seat, but it is by far the best seat that I have had on my bike.

I have had mine for a while as well. I don't think it has changed comfort wise. I just rode 1100 miles this weekend to Michigan and back and I love mine, but the butt was hurtin a little.

a firm seat is what you want if you plan on riding more than 50 miles. those 'butt cushions' will just continue to compress until you have no support and your butt will be screaming.

My Sport Tour was/is comfy right out of the box, but I just got it this past Wednesday, and have only been able to put about 500 miles on it. Interestingly enough, I find it to be more comfortable without the rider backrest than with, based on 150 miles with and without it this past weekend.

i've had mine about 1000 miles now and no change. about 100 miles and i'm doing the shift butt. hope it get's better, not near as comfortable as my mustang solo on my street glide. looks good though so i'll suffer through. apes are ordered so maybe that will help by changing my posture
