Definite toy. Could live quite easily without it. But I do like to just go for a ride at the weekend, and ocasionally use it for work.

I would imagine most bikes these days are bought as 'toys' rather than daily transport. Most bikes I see being used as daily transport are old bikes where the owner doesnt mind sliding on ice and the bike rusting to bits in the company car park.

Mine sure are toys,
I consider anything I play with more then need as toys;
Scooters, golf carts, 4 wheelers, wifes breasts.....all toys

Yup, they're toys. Necessary, life-affirming toys, but toys none the less. And I'll happily agree that I feel like a kid when I'm riding.

Ya pegged me, didn't ya?

+1 on daily transportation (except in snow), but also a toy that is the beauty of it. Prefect morning 1st thing before I get out of bed ride my favorite thing to ride, then get up and ride the Harley.

Of course they are toys. That's what makes 'em fun.

Never referred to my bike as a toy. Never will.
It's a hell of a lot more then that to me.
The guy that dies with the "most toys" don't win..he just dies.. then his ******** brother in law gets his stuff..

[quote=fleabite;7045803]Sorry, but that one gets under my skin. People that refer to their Harleys as "toys".

With all this recent talk on here about excuses why people don't ride much, or that the bike is just motorcycle or a toy, got me Joker. "Why so serious"
