They don't make a CVO version of my bike, but if money were no object, I buy a SE Dyna in a heart beat.

I would if $ were not a problem.
Everything is done and under warrenty all you have to do is ride it.
A guy I know has a SE Wide Glide and is looking to get a SE Road Glide for touring.

personally- i think thats WAY too much money for a motorcycle.
id much rather have my RKC and maybe an R1 or a 'Busa for the same money for a CVO

I got one. It is worth it? Yes. If you think it is over-priced, then one must say all Harleys are over-priced as well. Because if you do the math, all the options, chrome, etc. that are included in the SE over stock then you got yourself a deal, it is actually more cost effective (in my case). Not to mention that 200 tire was not even an option on the standard Fat boy in 06, and an upgrade to 103 on the standard will cost an arm and a leg. One other advantage that most people over look is the MSRP, it is documented and Blue-Booked, so when it comes to insurance, or selling or trading, there is no doubt about it's worth vs. options you might add on a non CVO, good luck on getting the value back on chrome you add on a standard bike should you need the insurance company to give your bike’s value. My 2 cents. Peace.

Yes...but mine doesn't come in an SE yet.
Hubby priced out an Ultra last year. Decided he wanted the SE because he agreed with most of the upgrades. By the time he decided we couldn't find the one he wanted locally for MSRP and he refused to pay the $5000 markup our dealer was trying to get.
Turned out a good deal for me because I got the Deluxe instead [sm=happy046.gif]
