Having dealt with FedEx for a long time it had to be a mess up, we always called when we had a pick-up even though our normal driver would always stop by. Sounds like they did wright by telling you what happened.

I got a big surprise today. All of my chrome hand controls and switch house just showed up be FedEx on the original estimated delivery date. They made good on making up for the 2 days they didn't pick up at Chicago Harley-Davidson. I received everything in 2 days and I thought it worthy of giving them a big thank you.
