doc martin will custom make (if they don't have it) a boot to fit you for about $250
Justin and i think lerado will custom make you a cowboy boot in any color you want (know a few vets that sport red and blacks)

I have 9.5 EEEE feet. Russell Moccasin makes custom "made to order" boots. They are expensive but for the first time in my life I have a very comfortable boot that fits perfect.

Don't know if you can get them down your way but I've been wearing Canada West Engineer boots in 3E for a number of years now. A well made, simple boot at a reasonable price.

Check their catalogue.

New Balance makes a couple of pair of nice looking boots. One pair has a GORE tech liner.
NB makes any and all sizes of everything they make, and I thought they were reasonably priced.
