Got hit by a car do i lawyer up or not?

Definitely! Take it from someone who has been there. Some chick pulled out making an illegal left turn and I hit her going 60mph on my 03 Dyna LR. She had no insurance and I had liability.
The frame was bent but the motor started right up!!! I gave it to the insurance though.
I was in ICU for a week. She had no assets! All I get is an insurance check and all she gets it well... (NOTHING). GET a lawyer. She will if you try to get anything from her!
At least try to get the bills paid!!! I ran up $50k in the hospital and they expected me to pay it...
