Toy Hauler
#11
Wife and I have gone through the whole "kit and caboodle" when it comes to camping with the bikes. Couple of things that we have learned over the years.
1) Started with a regular camper trailer and put two bikes in the p/u bed. Lots of swearing, couple of big bruises...decided that didn't work so well.
2) Toy hauler trailer pulled with P/u. Only issue was the bikes sit in the living room. Worked fine for towing and camping, but no where to store the bikes while camping. After a couple of seasons, decided to move up. Also this was a smaller unit that just didn't have some of the things we decided we wanted.
3) Our current setup. 30' motorhome with a wells cargo trailer for the bikes. Like the option to keep the bike under cover and locked up if needed. Also gives us the best of both worlds of toy hauler/camper. This has worked well for us, but may not be good for other folks. The drawback is that you don't have a tow vehicle to drive around when camping.
If I could "upgrade" one more time, I think I would look into the Funmover. This is a class C motorhome with a separate garage. This would allow bringing the bike as well as a cage when it was necessary/wanted.
I hope this helps, and feel free to PM with any questions.

A Fun Finder XT200 is about #4300
A KZ Sportsman 22FH is about #4200
They all have excellent load cap. was well and you do not need a tank to haul one.
Good Luck

The one thing i would caution you on is, get one with a front bedroom so you dont have to climb over or around the mc when in route, overnight, etc. big difference, mxt20 is a good one as is the forest river grey wolf. tak a look. they are reasonable too.
