Does the wind vest scratch chrome? If it does, has anyone found a way to mitigate this?

 

National Cycle supplies small pieces of material that go under the clamps to prevent scratches and other damage. Considering the (high) price of a Wind Vest, the mfr. should do the same.

 

I just put two little strips of Duct Tape on the clamp surface, works great!
