I would do it if one was started.

 

We do one in Florida every year. This is our fourth one coming up this November. We rent out most of a Motel in Ocala, Fla and all Ride up on Thursday or Friday and Spend Saturday riding various routes. We have it fairly well organized at this point and do a catered Supper at the Motel on Saturday night together and Play Games and have awards, Donations are taken that pay for the food and Beer, etc. $20.00 a head has more than covered it in the past. Last year we had around 80 people attend and it is growing every year. T-shirts, Patches, and Hats have all been made available in the past for cost. This is a great opportunity to meet new people in our area with common interest. We usually have about an eight month lead time on this so everybody can plan accordingly. I would join in. A meet in the Catskills, Newburgh area, Danbury, CT, Mass. Just have to pick a spot.

 

Thanks for all the input guys! It definitely takes more than one person to pull this thing off. I think CT has some beautiful rides (and no helmet law). I've done some runs here and think it would be fairly easy to plan if we got enough people to help out. Maybe central CT (I know I'm from here and don't want to sound like I'm trying to plan it close to where I live) or Western Mass (beautiful up there) is centrally located enough so folks from lower and upper NE would be able to come...
