If the Lowrider comes back, my guess is it will have some chrome removed, and cost more because powder coat must cost more tham triple chrome plating...LOL. It takes HD a couple of years to remove chrome (see the Wide Glide), Also see the Fat Boy with black and chrome engine starting at $16,000.00 and the Fat Boy Lo (no chrome) starting at $16,300.00
