At Sturgis this year I bought a hat at Rapid City HD. There is an embroidered logo on the side that says " 60th Anniversary". This year was the 66th anniversary. I took it back to the dealer and showed them and they gave me a replacement hat for free and told me to put the Ooooops hat away for safe keeping. What kind of interest is there in HD mistakes?? I'll try to get a pic in a couple of days if there is any interest.

 

There is always someone that buys the mistakes. If it is rare, hang on to it (seal it up if ya can) and in a few decades or so it will be worth a lot more. Great hand me down to the kids.

 

My step daughter was a mistake. Anybody want to take her off my hands?

 

There was a 60th anniversary. Maybe it is just an old hat. Dealers mistake not the manufacturer or moco. No extra value there.

 

On the front it reads 2006 Black Hills Rally

 

That would make it a mistake.

 

I don't believe for a second that you really mean that. Little girls are precious.
