I bought my helmet from www.newenough.com. Great service, great prices. I tried on the helmet at a local bike dealer and then ordered it from New Enough. Saved over $75.

Competition Accessory Warehouse did have a good price, but sent me a 4 year old "new" Shoei helmet, and when I complained, they got back to me after 2 weeks to say I could swap it for a newer one (if I never wore it, or didn't remove any of the stickers or labels). They never returned a call or email after that, so if you care about the age/condition of the helmet, may not want to use them.

I find the helmet I like, try it on, and then buy it from the cheapest online dealer I can find.

I have bought a couple of helmets from these guys: http://www.thehelmetcenter.com/

There is usually an additional price reduction at the check out. I saved over $100 on a Shoei RF 1100.

Good luck.
