I may be jumping the gun here, but if you are looking for a good deal on a left over 09-10 I'd avoid the dealers. I've got the title in hand from my brand new 08 FLHX that I bought in September of 08. If I had to do it over again, I would've waited and bought one of the slightly used ones that are flooding the market for THOUSANDS less. Just a week ago a guy on this forum was trying to sell a NICE 08 FLHX for 13K and wasn't getting many offers.

why an 09?? might be a little late for an 09 the 2011s will be out in a month.
i gotta kinda agree with the open private seller market comment. It's sad to say but ALOT of people are coming across hard times these days and there alot of reluctant sellers...that NEED money more then they need their bike..no matter how bad they want to keep it.

Check out Chesters powersports, they have stores in AZ, ID, and WY and do a fly and ride as well as ship. Havent looked in a month or so but last time I did they had a couple of new 09s available. I have bought two bikes from their Idaho Falls store and have been really happy with service etc.
