Just happened to flip it on when it started and loved it. I don't think he would have sold them much more than he did, in fact he said he'd given a ton of the stuff away to friends and people in the industry. Great find.

In fact, they own another dealership 35 miles south of there on Hwy 17 in Shallote NC. Did the pickers say they were in NC?

I think they got some spark plugs, a couple of gas caps and a front fender chrome thingy. Oh, and a tool kit. Maybe more, I was in shock seeing all that good stuff in original boxes just sitting there.

+1 - These 'hoarders' likely agree to the terms established by the Production Co. to contribute with an interesting scenario developed via some script, and probably receive compensation, in addition to their 15 minutes of fame.

With courtroom shows (Judge Judy) nobody loses. Plaintiff's and Defendant's awards are paid via the show. Basically, litigant's receive a few hotel and meal comp's to play their part.
