Default help me identify breakers

Is there anybody out there that can tell me which circuit breaker is for the lights on a 98 fatboy? My lights will go out after several minutes of riding, stay off for a while then come back on. Now the spots won't even come on at all. I'm afraid it is more than a breaker issue now.

Circuit breaker for the lights is the 15 amp breaker with a blue wire connected. Usually the trouble can be traced to a short circuit in the wiring connected to the circuit breaker. This may be caused by worn-through insulation or by a wire which has worked loose and shorted to ground. For instance, earlier this year I had front turn signal wiring that had worn insulation and the bare wire was sparking on the forks causing my circuit breaker to trip and I lost all lighting.
