I've been riding since I was 16, not alot of miles til I got Harleys, since 96 18K on Sporty, 99 RKC 82K, sold in 03 when I got my present bike. It started life as an 2000 Ultra, I bought it wrecked in 03 with 23K on it, no frame damage though, built it into a SG a few years before MOCO caught on to the trend, this spring converted it into a RG & I just turned 80K on it this week. So that's 18 + 82 + 57 for 157K & that's living in Iowa, brrrrr!

I've definitely got over 100k miles under my belt, not all on one bike though. We were talking about that some time ago. I imagine I've got in the neighborhood of 400k miles or so, maybe more, but really don't know for sure what the total is.
My Dad, on the other hand, was a long time BMW rider and an active member of the BMWMOA. He was an ambassador for them for a good 15 years or so. They have/had a program where members could register trips that they had planned. All they had to do was keep fuel and motel/camp ground receipts as proof of the journey and the MOA would log the mileage and issue commemorative patches at every 100k milestone. The last one he received before getting to the point where he didn't care any more was for 400k. Mind you, that's a confirmed and documented 400k! That was a good 20+ years ago. It wouldn't surprise me if he didn't have over double that by now. He doesn't ride BMW's any more. He'll be 77 next October. He still rides, tours on a Suzuki 650 Burgman scooter and loves it. He's simply not able to handle the weight of a full touring bike any more but the Suzuki has proven to be very reliable, economical, and a not half bad touring rig. He's had it from the Texas Gulf Coast to Death Valley, Ca a couple of times now as well as multiple round trips to Missouri and Illinois to visit family in the 2 to 3 years he's had it. He's still got his mind and health and I hope he can keep riding for many years to come. Oh, and living on the Gulf Coast, we pretty much ride 12 months out of the year!

Riding since I was 14, road miles since 16. Averaged at least 10K a years most years and 20K at first. Some years duties got in the way of riding, except on leave, but now and can ride at will and do!
59 directly: guessing over 500,000 and climbing. Lost track after 250,000 miles in 1980. 4 Harley's (84,000 on one) owned; also Yamaha's, Honda's, an Italian ride. Many miles on various British (Trumpet, BSA, Norton) units and a couple Suzi's over the years. Rode anything I could get a leg over!

Bought my bike ( 2000 softail standard ) in 04 with 1900 kilometres on it. Just rolled over 175,000 kilometres. Many trips uder my belt including the 4 corners of the states ( Madawaska Maine, Key West florida, San Yisidro CA, and Blaine WA. ), Alaska, Entire Blue Ridge yearly, New Orleans, Texas, Numerous bike weeks, and New Hampshire/Maine yearly just to name a few. Oh, and not a single km with a fairing or windshield.

the engine has never had work done to it other then replacing the chain tensioner with an S and S gear drive around 100,000 kms. No noticable loss of performance yet. Taking the bike on the 4 corners again next year.
