Proggressives is only responsible for repair or replacement, NOT buying you new parts. It is your choice when and where to repair your bike. That is completely out of their control. Also, you'd have to send your shocks in regardless. How else would they know you're not just scamming them for another set?

I've heard nothing but good things about progressives, so I wouldn't hesitate to go with them. They have a great reputation and are known for good customer service!

I had a couple issues with my Progressives. I sent them in and they took care of the problem. Don't know what else a company can do.

Thats a bummer being on the road and having to buy a new set of shocks AGAIN. I can see a company not paying the cost of a break down but paying for shipping on a defective part sure wouldn't have killed them.
