I don't see that single benefit as much of a factor. I got one foot out the door. This place is turning into a circus, and these legislators clearly view us with contempt.

In all honesty, though...what's wrong with expecting bikes to breathe as clean as possible? I highly doubt motorcycles contribute significantly to air pollution, but if other road vehicles are subject to emissions controls...why not bikes?

I'm in district 47 and the girl on the phone gave me the wrong phone number for my district. I emailed my assembly person at speaker.bass@assembly.ca.gov
as opposed to making 5 more phone calls. You can get the email here.http://www.assembly.ca.gov/clerk/mem...emberdir_1.asp

Do you have an Abate Organization in California. Here in Florida we fight garbage bills like this all the time. Check into Abate.
