never needed to lock my helmet up around here, locally even the crackheads wont mess with my stuff for fear of havign thier fingers removed

 

I always see people leaving a helmet with the bike. I just don't have that trust in people. It does get old having to carry your helmet when you go into a store or at the bar.

 

I leave my $20 beanie with the bike, who cares if it's stolen. My wife's $400 Shoei is a different story.
