If you prefer to park in area for pedestrians, then maybe keep a sign with you such as " keep off the f***ing bike".

 

Actually, that isn't a bad idea. I wouldn't word it the same, but a "Please Do Not Sit, Private Property" might work.

If it doesn't interfere with anything I don't see a problem with parking a bike on a sidewalk. I've done it before. If anything, parking on the sidewalk opens up an extra parking space for those idiots who park diagonally, taking up 2 spaces for their precious cars. Now that pisses me off!

 

I mean REALLY? You would shoot a guy for making you get off his bike! How long have you had your permit? A week? Grow up, if you shoot someone, you would have to prove to a jury of your peers that you were in fear of your life. Now, having said that, if you were on my bike, you should be in fear of your life, but I doubt any juror anywhere would let you stay out of prison for shooting a guy for making you get off his bike by whatever means necessary. Oh, and don't forget, while you are sitting in the cell waiting for processing, you will likely have a biker or two in there with you, and when they find out what you did????? Well, let's see how long you last in there.

 

He'd damn well better when we're parking on a spot where we're welcomed. You should learn to read before posting; the sidewalk issue was discussed ad hominem for 34 pages prior, from both sides of opinion.
